What We Don’t Do
KEMAS is a home cleaning service rather than a specialist maintenance or restoration contractor.
Our standard services do not include:
• Post-renovation cleaning
• Construction debris removal
• Paint, cement or plaster removal
• Severe mould treatment
• Pest-infestation cleaning
• Hazardous or biological waste
• Exterior high-rise window cleaning
• Unsafe or inaccessible high-level cleaning
• Moving heavy furniture
• Dismantling furniture, appliances or fixtures
• Specialist stain restoration
• Specialist carpet or floor restoration
• Bulky-item disposal

A little preparation helps our cleaning professionals make the most of the time booked for your home.
01. Choose the Right Service
Regular Home Cleaning is intended for routine upkeep. If your home requires significant scrubbing, grease removal or more detailed attention, please choose Deep Cleaning instead.
02. Tell Us About Your Home
Please provide accurate information about your property type, property size, number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms when booking.
This helps us allocate the appropriate amount of time and cleaning professionals.
03. Make Areas Accessible
Our cleaning professionals can only clean areas that are safely and reasonably accessible.
Please remove unnecessary clutter or obstacles where possible so our team can focus their time on cleaning.
04. Changing Bedsheets?
We’re happy to change bedsheets where this is included in the service. Please leave clean replacement linen somewhere accessible for our cleaning professional.
Some Marks May Not Be Completely Removable
Cleaning can significantly improve a surface without necessarily restoring it to its original condition.
Permanent stains, damage, deterioration, severe mould, discolouration and long-term wear may require specialist treatment.
Safety Comes First
Our cleaning professionals will not undertake tasks that require unsafe access, specialist equipment or the handling of hazardous materials.
